Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Advisor in a full‑time, on‑site role. You will be the primary contact for customers through the vehicle service process, advising on maintenance, preparing repair orders, and communicating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely work.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and a track record in sales or service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated team player who delivers results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on customer needs and vehicle history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support satisfaction goals.
• Promote products and services and assist with service department operations.
