Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers through the vehicle service process. You will assess customer needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, prepare repair orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and organization in a fast-paced environment, with a set Monday–Friday schedule and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated team player who takes initiative and delivers results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and recommend services based on needs and vehicle history.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of repairs.
• Process payments, collect deposits, maintain records, and support satisfaction goals.
• Promote products and services and assist with inventory and other service operations.
