Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim division is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales, maintain accurate records, and coordinate across teams to keep transactions on track. You will be the primary contact for client issues and collaborate with national sales, auction representatives, and post-sale teams to resolve complex matters.

You will assist with customer inquiries, follow account procedures for run planning, and help ensure vehicles are prepared

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience using Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to highly complex.
• Assist with customer care issues and respond to dealer and commercial client inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run process including run order, scheduling, and notices to customers.
• Monitor vehicle sales processes and communicate with auctioneer, department managers, and coordinators to ensure on-time sale or re-run on sale day.
• Examine vehicles for inventory specifications using Auto Check and coordinate with account reps for proper preparation and imaging.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation and ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Review condition reports to capture required announcements and related details.
• Educate and upsell national clients on additional products and services.
