Job summary

Manheim is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to maintain accurate vehicle information, support customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

You will enter vehicle data, keep files up to date, and respond to inquiries while coordinating with teams to verify titles, track repairs, and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales. Strong organizational and communication skills help you succeed in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field or an equivalent combination.
• OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience in automotive, auction, fleet management, logistics, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain vehicle information including VINs, condition reports, pricing and inventory in AS400.
• Maintain physical and digital vehicle files.
• Build relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs and prepare vehicles for sales.
• Review data, investigate discrepancies and confirm sale eligibility.
• Prepare run lists and sale packages, support sale-day operations and invoicing.
• Follow safety procedures and support a culture of safety excellence.
