Qualifications

• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Clean CA drivers license and a valid record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening to responses when helping them select a vehicle.
• Be the vehicle expert by knowing offerings, packages, and latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and client satisfaction.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales while complying with company and regulatory requirements.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude with you every day and efficiently close sales to maximize gross profit.
