Job summary

All Star Recovery is seeking a dedicated Repossession Field Agent to locate and secure vehicles out for repossession, working with internal staff and external teams. You will tow the vehicles to the nearest storage facility and maintain precise, timely records of each action.

The role requires good people skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunity for growth within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision.
• Previous law enforcement or military a plus.
• Either possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license
• Basic mechanical ability
• Previous experience working as a tow truck operation, or in the repo industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, Industry certification a plus
• You must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test
• Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Investigate and track known locations of repossessed vehicles and secure them.
• Tow vehicles to the nearest company storage facility.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation of repossessions.
• Be the face of All Star Recovery to customers and vendors.
• Meet attendance schedules and repossession goals.
