Job summary

Cox Automotive in Euless, TX is seeking an Automotive Recon Admin to oversee vehicle reconditioning for wholesale and retail. The role ensures accurate paperwork, data entry, and timely updates to client expectations.

Responsibilities include clerical duties, maintaining files and SLAs, auditing charges, and analyzing reports. Must have strong organizational skills and a solid admin background in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills necessary.
• Must be able to use general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and client SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, and records of completion of reconditioning work.
• Create, maintain, and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze and manage client reports and vehicle throughput via daily reports.
• Data entry and verification of customer vehicle information in the system.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service.
• Receive vehicle and registration information from clients for reconditioning services.
• Enter all information into software applications (AS400, RPP) and approved work requests.
• Monitor vehicle repairs using AS400/VCF/RPP systems.
• Communicate with Recon Shop management to meet client SLAs.
