Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II in Texas to oversee vehicle reconditioning for wholesale and retail markets. The role manages client expectations, data entry accuracy, and documentation across AS400 and RPP systems.

Day shifts apply with hourly compensation and potential incentive opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining client files, auditing charges, and ensuring timely completion of recon work while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and client SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files and reconditioning records.
• Create and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput via daily queries.
• Data entry and ensure accuracy of vehicle information in the system.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service.
• Enter vehicle information into AS400, RPP and approved client work requests.
• Monitor repairs using AS400/VCF/RPP systems and coordinate with shop management.
• Support safety initiatives and cooperate with safety leadership.
