The role emphasizes clerical accuracy, SLA adherence, and cross-functional coordination with Recon Shop, finance, and management, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills necessary.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks and use standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle reconditioning clerical work and meet client SLAs.
• Maintain client accounts, vehicle files, and reconditioning records.
• Create, audit, and charge reconditioning fees for processed vehicles.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput via daily queries.
• Enter accurate customer vehicle information into the systems.
