Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team, ensuring smooth flow of inventory and attainment of production and quality targets. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with leadership to optimize operations.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and lean principles understanding, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Experience using computers and basic software tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 18 years of age or older and physically able to perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee daily team activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback and performance guidance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
