Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead, Inventory responsible for supervising and developing a team of hourly associates at the Inspection Center. You will ensure safe movement of vehicles, meet production and quality goals, and drive continuous improvement under Carvana’s values.

You’ll coach team members, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Inspection Center General Manager to decide repairs and approve inventory quality. The role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead and develop a team of hourly associates.
• Demonstrates strong communication and delegation skills.
• Experience with computers and basic tech.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Lead a team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly inventory production targets.
• Coach, develop and manage performance of team members.
• Ensure adherence to Carvana policies, safety standards and Lean principles.
• Collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to assess repairs and quality of inventory.
