Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Administrator to manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure repair quality across the center. This role supports smooth operations by handling vehicle repair orders, validating vendor work, and owning facility invoices.

The position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with national vendors to maintain cosmetic and safety standards for vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors.
• Communicate quality and timing expectations to vendors.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality.
• Process and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricing.
• Apply vendor invoices to repair orders for close-out.
• Manage labor and parts coding for repair orders.
• Oversee tire orders, including processing and payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate daily with national vendors to manage outstanding invoices.
• Communicate issues with sublet vendors to ICGM/ICRM.
