Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Operations Manager to oversee the center's daily operations, from workflow to quality assurance, ensuring vehicles meet our standards and warranty requirements before being sent to retail stores.

You will recruit, train, and lead the Reconditioning Center team, collaborate with regional management to hit supply goals, and drive efficiency and cost control while maintaining safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in business or technical field.
• 4+ years managing a team of 15+ employees or more.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced center.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the Reconditioning Center, including bottom line, workflow, and quality assurance.
• Ensure vehicles purchased at auction meet standards and warranty requirements.
• Recruit, screen, and hire Reconditioning Center staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Hold regular staff meetings and develop team leads; provide timely feedback.
