Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Reconditioning Center Administrator in Fontana, CA to manage vendor relations, coordinate repairs, and oversee billings for the shop. You will validate work quality and ensure accurate invoice processing while maintaining vehicle cosmetic standards.

With a High School Diploma or GED and a valid license, you’ll support daily operations, coordinating national vendors and overseeing repair orders. A hands-on, safety-conscious team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors.
• Arrange transportation for off-site repairs and communicate quality expectations.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality before close-out.
• Process and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricing.
• Apply vendor invoices to repair orders and manage labor/parts coding.
