Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage incoming vehicles, create vehicle packets, and audit parking lots. You will scan in new vehicles, inspect for damage, and ensure accurate records to support daily operations.

This role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and time-management abilities. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with emphasis on safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter and reliable team player.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan in new vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
• Create new vehicle packets housing vehicle information.
• Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
• Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.
• Destroy M-plates as needed.
• Adhere to DRIVEN values and align practices with SAS mission.
