GLS North America is seeking a Sr. Vehicle Coordinator to oversee event vehicle management from start to finish—including ordering, tracking, and ensuring timely transportation. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations while upholding compliance with company and client policies.

The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour, with a Monday through Friday schedule and a range of benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or event coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker able to troubleshoot logistical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle management: order and track event vehicles with up-to-date status logs.
• Logistics & coordination: ensure timely transport to/from event sites.
• Billing & compliance: manage tolls, violations, and vehicle expenses.
• Documentation: maintain records per company policies.
• Vendor liaison: work with GM dealerships and vendors for prep and plating.
• Cross-team coordination to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
