Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a dedicated Lot Coordinator to manage vehicle intake, inspect for damage, and update inventory to support efficient auction operations.

You will create auction loads, move vehicles as needed, and uphold SAS values while ensuring accurate records and timely processes in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to details and accuracy in inventory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and follow processes.

As the Lot Coordinator, you will receive and check in new vehicles to ensure there is no damage. You will also update vehicle inventory and assist with moving vehicles for auction.

• Receive new vehicles.


• Inspect new vehicles for damage.


• Update and maintain vehicle inventory.


• Create auction loads for carriers.


• Assist with auction preparation to ensure vehicles are shipped.


• Move used vehicles to the auction lot.


• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Lot Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma.


• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.


• Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.


• Must be attentive to details.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Windows).


• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Disciplined and routine-oriented, yet adaptable to change.

Lot Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include:

• 70% of the time this job will be completed while sitting.


• 30% of the time this job will be completed while walking and standing.
