Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be a reliable team player.
• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan in new vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
• Create new vehicle packets for each vehicle that houses vehicle information.
• Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
• Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.
• Destroy M-plates as needed.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming new vehicles, creating vehicle packets, and auditing parking lots.

SalaryOverview:

The pay rate for this role starts at $16.50 per hour.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.

Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Scan in new vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
• Create new vehicle packets for each vehicle that houses vehicle information.
• Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
• Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.

Receiving Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands include:

• 80% of the time will be spent walking or standing, and 20% of the time will be spent sitting.
• This position is performed both inside a garage and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
