• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years automotive experience, preferably in plant quality
• Broad quality knowledge
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to all levels of management
• Excellent relationship building skills with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to productively manage change
• Strong program management and team leadership skills

Responsabilidades

• Ensures quality objectives achievement for the vehicle(s) from concept until mass production
• Produces monthly synthesis of results and updated forecast on the quality KPI for the overall program and milestones
• Drive the engineer teams to treat design anomalies detected on vehicles in the field or at the plant
• Proposes and requests yard holds and campaigns, initialize the request for yard holds and retrofits as needed
• Ensure quality deliverables are met on modifications for vehicles in mass production
• Organizes and manages root cause analysis for anomalies detected during development and start of mass production
• Ensure quality advice regarding proposed technical modifications (PEPP)
• Manages follow-up of results (product/process including APQP) and sets up preventive and corrective actions
• Establishes partnerships internally and externally and represents the Voice of the Customer to platform teams
• Drives team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles; delivers results
