Job summary

The Stellantis Quality organization is seeking a Project Milestone Assessor in Auburn Hills, MI. You will ensure launched products exceed customer expectations across six quality types and support vehicle development reviews to achieve acceptable standards at launch.

The role demands a hands-on leader with cross-functional collaboration, strong integrity, and the ability to drive standardization and lessons learned across projects and mass-production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of quality, manufacturing, and/or design/release experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication with a variety of people at all levels.
• Self-directed, team oriented with planning/problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer systems and software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead milestone reviews by interviewing project principals.
• Rate project risks and ensure corrective actions for QCDP.
• Focus on quality results in product and industrial areas.
• Support project and mass-production teams in quality methods.
• Share lessons learned to improve standards.
