Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama is seeking a Serial Life Quality Manager (SLQM) to lead quality improvements across propulsion systems, reducing warranty costs and improving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with global, regional and manufacturing quality teams to drive systemic fixes and track performance against quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of experience in quality, project management or product development V-Cycle.
• 2+ years' experience with field warranty quality.
• Proficiency in quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of quality objectives of propulsion systems.
• Provide executive level quality reports to leaderships.
• Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production in the field.
• Drive warranty improvement by leading Quality Improvement Team (QIT) activities.
• Contribute to quality survey things gone wrong (TGW) improvement plan.
• Assist engineers on vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Lead issue management and resolution process in precise, accurate and timely manner.
• Apply systemic approaches to quality issues required system level knowledge.
