Job summary

Stellantis Auburn Hills seeks a Manager, Program Quality Management to lead a team of quality professionals across vehicle programs. You will drive quality governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet timing, cost, scope, and customer satisfaction targets.

You will oversee APQP/PPAP execution, launch readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and suppliers to deliver Stellantis quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years automotive quality experience including program quality and launch quality.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, RCA, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Quality Managers and Engineers.
• Drive quality governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Direct APQP/PPAP execution and launch readiness across vehicle programs.
• Provide executive reporting on KPIs, risks, and corrective actions.
• Champion problem-solving methodologies and drive sustainable actions.
