Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of quality, manufacturing, and/or design/release experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information.
• Self-directed, team oriented with planning/problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer systems and software.

Aufgaben

• Appreciates follow up of projects via KPI across quality, performance, cost, schedule, industrials, supply chain, and brand.
• Ensures all project deliverables are achieved at each milestone by interviewing project principals.
• Rates project risks and ensures corrective plans for QCDP gaps.
• Focuses on quality results for product and industrial.
• Draws up milestone assessments aligned with project development.
• Supports project and mass-production teams to deploy quality methods.
• Contributes to improving standards by sharing lessons learned.
• Documents lessons learned and shares them.
• Uses experience to update processes and methods.
• Links with PMK and project teams to feedback and follow convergence to milestones.
• Roadmaps actions to milestone based on topics rating.
• Draws milestone assessment and synthesis.
• Manages proofreading meetings with project and other directions involved.
• Ensures distribution of milestone assessments to the right people.
• Ensures correct implementation of project quality referential.
• Attends standards improvements meetings with own experience.
• Arranges meetings with principals to define action plans.
• Identifies good practices and captures lessons learned for other projects.
