Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Project Quality Manager for Propulsion Systems to lead the quality strategy across the propulsion program lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of program management and quality, driving governance, risk management, and data-driven quality insights for successful launches.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure robust APQP/PPAP deliverables and customer satisfaction through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of PM experience in automotive quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of program management disciplines (timing, risk, milestones).

Responsibilities

• Act as the Quality lead within the Program Management structure, ensuring alignment of quality deliverables with program timing, cost, and scope objectives.
• Drive program governance for quality, including milestone readiness, risk reviews, and escalation management.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews, ensuring quality risks, issues, and actions are clearly defined, tracked, and resolved.
