Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations; Car Rental, Hospitality or Tourism experience preferred.

• Educational background includes a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily vehicle operations and revenue generation for their function.
• Leads and supports processes to meet and exceed customer expectations and align sales processes.
• Champions productivity improvements via employee involvement and accountability; ensures Standards of Work are followed.
• Engages in effective communication plans to build employee engagement and achieve results.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Participates in the recruiting process as required.
• Provides management with updates and indicators as requested.
• Maintains administrative duties according to company policy.
