Job summary

Hertz is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead fleet maintenance operations in Kansas City, MO. You will oversee a team of maintenance employees, ensure vehicles are road-ready, and drive performance and efficiency across the fleet.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, managing repairs and warranty work, and maintaining accurate records. A minimum of 2+ years in supervision within vehicle maintenance is required, along with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and administrative skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
