Hertz is seeking a Vehicle Operations Manager to lead daily fleet operations, ensuring rental-ready vehicles meet customer demand and turnaround times.

You will coach and develop frontline staff, drive process improvements, and uphold safety and accountability across the operation. This is a leadership role with emphasis on collaboration with internal teams and vendors to achieve results.

Join Hertz as a Vehicle Operations Manager and play a critical leadership role in keeping our fleet moving and our operation running at peak performance. You'll lead vehicle operations teams, drive operational efficiencies, oversee fleet readiness, and create a culture focused on safety, accountability, and results.

Salary: $50,000 annually + Company Vehicle.
