Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, transportation, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to influence others and manage change effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to operational excellence.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily vehicle and fleet operations to ensure vehicles are rental-ready and available to meet customer demand.
• Coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees to achieve operational goals.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvements across the operation.
