Job summary

Dahle Used AutoMart in Murray is seeking a Vehicle Processor to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. The role offers a starting salary of $55k per year plus bonuses, with a full-time schedule at our Murray location.

You will process vehicle flow, handle documentation including ROs, support the manager with accounting-related paperwork, order parts, and maintain accurate records. On the last day of the month you may need to work outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in admin, automotive, or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process vehicle flow and documentation, including ROs.
• Support the Manager with accounting-related documentation.
• Order and coordinate vehicle parts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Help ensure vehicle paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Be available outside of regular office hours on the last day of the month only.
