Dahle Used AutoMart in Murray is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Processor to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll stay organized, work with documentation, and support a fast-paced automotive team.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $55k per year plus bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and opportunities for career growth within a growing automotive group.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Prior administrative, automotive, accounting, or similar experience is a plus.
• Executive administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process vehicle flow and documentation, including ROs
• Support the Manager with accounting-related documentation
• Order and coordinate vehicle parts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Help ensure vehicle paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time
• Be available outside of regular office hours on the last day of the month only
