Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking an on-site Lot Operations Specialist II. This role involves directing drivers, maintaining vehicle flows, and ensuring accurate stock logs across the lot. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or alternative combos as described in the posting.
• Valid driver’s license required; must be eligible to operate company vehicles safely.
• Experience in a vehicle operations or lot handler role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and direct work with supervision.
• Maintain vehicle flow, log stock numbers, and track lot locations.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Complete work orders and vehicle documentation.
• Image vehicles before and after detailing and perform basic upkeep.
• Prepping, cleaning, washing, and waxing vehicles as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and support safety initiatives.
