Cox Automotive is hiring for a Lot Operations Specialist II at our USA location. The role involves orienting new drivers, directing vehicle movements, and ensuring accurate stocking and documentation. You will coordinate schedules, manage work orders, and oversee vehicle imaging and prep tasks.

You’ll also lead safety initiatives and monitor staffing to maintain efficiency and service quality. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related experience.
• Or alternative: any degree/certification beyond HS or 5 years in related discipline.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and assist supervisor in directing work.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure proper vehicle flow and track stock numbers.
• Assign schedules to crew members and prepare work orders and vehicle docs.
• Image vehicles before/after detail and maintain tools/equipment.
• Prep, clean, wash, and wax cars; transport personnel to various locations.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and refueling.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence activities.
• Review workloads with manager and help optimize staffing and performance.
• Lead the team at the location and enforce company policies.
• Perform other duties and may work overtime as needed.
