Job summary

Employ Partners is seeking a Logistics Lead in Woodstock, GA to oversee daily vehicle storage and lot operations. The position is 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, offering $22–$26 per hour and a temp-to-hire/full-time arrangement.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating vehicle movement, and ensuring accurate inventory and paperwork. Candidates should be comfortable outdoors and willing to learn vehicle-related equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle storage, automotive, dealership, transportation, fleet, or auction operations.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn to operate vehicles and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily vehicle storage and lot operations; prioritize work and keep team on schedule.
• Train and support team; monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Coordinate receiving, movement, storage, staging, and release of vehicles.
