Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and logistics to keep warehouse operations efficient.

You will oversee SMA, RMAs, inbound/outbound shipments, and fleet support while maintaining accurate inventory in the Workforce Management System. Requires 3+ years of experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of inventory transactions, receiving inspections, and RMA processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Suspended Material Area (SMA) and track material dispositions.
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and inventory transactions.
• Perform incoming shipment inspections and verify documentation accuracy.
• Assign and stage incoming materials for production or project needs.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and shipping documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and parts pickup areas.
• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate service needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Workforce Management System.
• Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and obsolete inventory disposition.
• Support safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations.
