Under supervision, you will communicate directions clearly, coach staff, and coordinate with fleet dispatch on schedule changes. This position runs Monday through Friday with a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Continuously promotes safety. (accident review and improvement opportunities)
• Ensures that work is available for operators and completes tasks on time.
• Directs flow of material, either inbound or outbound.
• Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
• Coordinates with fleet dispatch on schedule changes, cancellations, etc.
• May cover in absence of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
