Job summary

Employ Partners is seeking a Logistics Lead in Woodstock, GA to oversee daily vehicle storage and lot operations. The position is 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, offering $22–$26 per hour and a temp-to-hire/full-time arrangement.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating vehicle movement, and ensuring accurate inventory and paperwork. Candidates should be comfortable outdoors and willing to learn vehicle-related equipment usage.

• Lead daily vehicle storage and lot operations by setting priorities, assigning work, and helping the team stay on schedule.
• Train and support team members while monitoring daily performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Coordinate the receiving, movement, storage, staging, and release of vehicles throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate vehicle locations and inventory records, including keys, tags, paperwork, and other tracking information.
• Perform routine lot and inventory checks to identify missing vehicles, location discrepancies, damage, delays, or security concerns.
• Coordinate vehicle movement with service teams, auctions, customers, and other departments to support efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues and communicate vehicle status, delays, or concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle storage lot while following established company safety procedures.

Bring previous experience in vehicle storage, automotive, dealership, transportation, fleet, or auction operations; team lead experience is preferred. Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills. Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safely operate—or be willing to learn to operate—vehicles and related equipment.
