Qualifications include 3–5 years of operations experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel within the market as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order readiness to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Oversee inbound/outbound vehicle flow across primary/satellite lots.
• Inspect vehicle quality and readiness for customer use.
• Ensure efficient lot-flow procedures and on-time order readiness.
• Monitor vehicle quality and operational readiness metrics.
• Support budget oversight for shuttling/cleaning operations.
• Coordinate daily activities of Operations Specialists and oversee vendor performance.
• Provide feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and seek cost-efficiency improvements.
• Analyze site performance metrics and identify process gaps for improvements.
