Job summary

CarMax Bristol is seeking a Flow Inventory Associate to maintain vehicle inventory and the customer experience. You will handle receiving, shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising and photo uploads to ensure every car meets CarMax quality standards.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and strict adherence to EH&S guidelines while driving listings and processing title packets.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to read and transcribe inventory data accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors/indoors as needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
• Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
