Job summary

Wheels, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to investigate dealer and client issues, support the response center, and help manage the VOR vendor network.

You will coordinate vehicle pickups, respond to Salesforce requests, and deliver timely reporting to clients and internal teams. The role requires 2–5 years of office/customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two to five years office/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automobile leasing industry is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve dealer and client issues to assist asset securitization.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and manage inventory ($40M annual).
• Respond to Salesforce requests and manage escalations.
• Provide client reporting on vehicle delays and ETAs.
• Manage vendor reporting for vehicle deliveries to auction.
• Train vendor staff on Wheels policies and procedures.
