• Track arrivals, departures, transfers, and movement within dealership operations.
• Verify vehicle information and correct inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Detailing to keep vehicles accounted for and ready for next steps.
• Assist with locating vehicles and maintaining organized inventory processes.
• Monitor vehicle status and communicate updates to teams.
• Maintain inventory documentation and records in dealership systems.
• Assist with counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure vehicles are tracked from arrival through preparation and sale availability.
• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and identify daily process improvements.
