Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Vehicle Inventory Services Administrator in Medford, OR to support inventory operations. You will maintain vehicle records, validate transactions, and process invoices while collaborating with internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records across multiple systems and databases.
• Review, validate, and process inventory transactions, flooring payoffs, and related docs.
• Manage assigned store inventories, work queues, and data entry requests.
• Research discrepancies, make corrections, and verify information across sources.
• Pull, create, and post invoices for new vehicle inventory with data integrity.
• Monitor inventory notices and communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and support inventory operations.
