Job summary

Ramsey Mazda is hiring Vehicle Exchange Coordinators to grow our Used Car inventory and deliver a premium customer experience. Pay is $16 to $18 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities, and training within Lithia & Driveway, the nation’s largest automotive retailer.

You will respond to inquiries, appraise vehicles, negotiate with customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the Sales Team to facilitate exchanges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Must be comfortable with making outbound phone calls.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
• Self-starter mentality with drive to improve constantly and exceed goals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Team player with a passion to have fun.

Responsibilities

• Respond to in-store and online vehicle exchange inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use store software to appraise vehicles and negotiate price with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Team and Used Car Manager to facilitate the exchange process.
• Own customer communication and follow-up by scheduling appointments and outbound calls.
