Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a strategic Vehicle Exchange Manager to work with our Service Department and help customers see when upgrading their vehicle makes financial sense.

You will identify equity-based opportunities, engage customers on the service drive with a consultative approach, and coordinate appraisals to drive growth across our dealership network. Industry-leading earning potential and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive sales or service-to-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle equity and trade values.
• Experience with CRM, equity-mining, appraisal tools and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Review service appointments and equity data to identify exchange opportunities.
• Engage service customers on the service drive with a consultative, low-pressure approach.
• Present upgrade opportunities based on the customer's situation and financials.
• Coordinate immediate vehicle appraisals during service visits.
• Maintain a pipeline of future vehicle exchange opportunities and collaborate with the Service Department.
