Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound donor calls with vehicle donation questions.
• Set up donations in CARS; verify title, address, contact, and charity.
• Guide donors through title signing; collect correct names and IDs.
• Set up online donations and contact donors on title procedures.
• Return donor voicemails and follow up as needed.
• Prepare Thank You letters and file donation jackets orderly.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to resolve towing/auction issues.
