Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; prior retail, customer service, call center, data entry, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills for donors, buyers, customers, and vendors.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn program databases, office software, internet research, and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to enter information accurately, proofread, organize records, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and seek assistance when needed.
• Willingness to cross-train and work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Retail Vehicle Sales License may be required for assigned duties.
• Cash-handling experience and familiarity with vehicles or basic mechanical concepts are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, courteous information about vehicle donation and purchasing processes.
• Listen to questions, resolve routine issues, refer complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Serve as a liaison among donors, buyers, vendors, and Rawhide staff.
• Communicate vehicle handover, pickup, transport, and documentation requirements accurately.
