Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in the United States to deliver happiness in the car-buying journey and engage with customers on the driveway and in the community.

Expect shifts from 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm, with 7 days per week availability. Starting pay is $19/hour with growth to $21/hour and performance-based increases. Benefits include 401(k) with Carvana match and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with policies.
