Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in the United States. The role targets individuals with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience who can deliver happiness in the car-buying process.

Shift hours range between 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm, with seven-day work availability and rotating days off. The position starts at $22/hr with growth opportunities and a scheduled progression to $24/hr, plus quarterly merit increases and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork with notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with policy requirements.
