Job summary

Carvana in the United States is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

You'll be on a shift from 11am to 9pm, days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days, delivering vehicles to customers, loading/unloading on haulers, handling paperwork, and maintaining a safe driving record. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physically capable of tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the Carvana haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain clear notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
