Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Charlotte, NC with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering happiness in the car-buying process and may involve driving vehicles to customers’ homes.

Hours vary: 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, with 7 days/week availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $20/hour with growth opportunities and performance-based increases, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles from hauler and inspect vehicle safety.
• Handle customer paperwork and updates in tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with company policies.
• Possess or obtain a Notary in your jurisdiction within 90 days.
• Meet state-specific licensing requirements as applicable.
• Drive with attention to safety and compliance.
