Job summary

Carvana in Sanford, FL is seeking Customer Advocates with strong customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying journey. You will participate in deliveries and everyday customer interactions, with training and support from a fast-growing team.

Expect a shift from 11am to 9pm and a rotating 7-day schedule. Starting pay is $19/hour, with potential to earn up to $21/hour through performance-based programs and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Shift is 11am–9pm; availability to work 7 days a week with rotating days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in our tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
